Terms of Service

1. Who we are

upgrading.ac ("we", "us") is an independent platform selling digital upgrade services and activation keys for third-party services (Spotify, YouTube, Crunchyroll, and others as listed on the site). We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Spotify AB, Google LLC, Crunchyroll LLC or any of the brands mentioned. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

2. What you buy

Depending on the product, you purchase either (a) an activation/upgrade key to be redeemed on our site, or (b) an activation service performed by our team on your own existing account. The exact delivery method and timeframe are stated on each product page (instant for Spotify keys, within 24 hours maximum for YouTube and Crunchyroll activations).

3. Your responsibilities

You confirm that the account you submit for activation belongs to you, that the information you provide is accurate, and that (where stated on the product page) your account has no active paid subscription at the time of activation. Changing your account password during an ongoing activation, or providing wrong credentials, may delay or void the activation.

4. Payments

Payments are processed by Sell.app together with Stripe, PayPal or supported crypto processors. We never receive nor store your card details. Prices are displayed in EUR and include any applicable fees, unless stated otherwise at checkout.

5. Guarantee & replacement

If your Premium access drops before the end of the period you paid for, we will reactivate it or replace it free of charge, within 24 hours maximum after you contact us, provided that: your plan is still within its paid period; the issue was not caused by actions on your side (e.g. password change during activation, account ban by the platform for unrelated reasons, chargeback); and you contact us via Telegram or email with your order reference.

7. Liability

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned. We are not liable for indirect damages, or for changes third-party platforms make to their services. Service availability of third-party platforms is outside our control.

8. Fair use & abuse

We may refuse or cancel orders in case of suspected fraud, abuse, chargeback history or resale without agreement. Affiliate commissions obtained through self-referral or fraudulent traffic are void.
